Yeast protein and healthy aging

A small human evidence base sits alongside animal, laboratory, ex-vivo and environmental research. Those designs answer different questions.

Evidence by design

Randomized human trials can test outcomes under specified conditions. Animal and digestion models explore mechanisms and protein quality. Ex-vivo systems examine human-derived microbiota outside the body. Life-cycle assessments model environmental scenarios. None should be mistaken for another.
